Nourishing Wellness Rituals

Opening Circle :Gather together to ground, connect and set our intentions for the retreat, creating a sacred space to arrive fully, meet your fellow travelers and open yourself to what’s waiting to unfold.

Sunrise Hike: Step into the magic of the Slieve Blooms at sunrise, where we’ll hike through ancient landscapes, share local lore and mythology, and weave in a little witchy ritual as we welcome the new day, set intentions and connect with the land.

Body Rituals: Reconnect and ground through embodiment practices; mindful movement, energy healing, meditation, chanting breathwork, sauna, cold water experiences, sound, relaxation and restorative rituals.

Closing Circle: Come back together to reflect, celebrate and integrate, sharing what we’re taking with us and closing the retreat with gratitude, intention and a little bit of magic.

Create, Play & Reconnect: Wellness and healing doesn't always have to be serious. We are making space for joy, creativity and your inner child with; jewellery/talisman making, crafting, art, creative expression, reconnect to your sacral energy. There will be lot's of entertainment, laughter, music and opportunity to connect and socialize.

There is something deeply grounding about reconnecting with the land beneath your feet. ALIGNED ASTROLOGY creates space to explore ancestry, heritage, folklore and connection to your ancestors.
