In this class, we move slower and poses are held for longer periods, often with the support of props like blankets, blocks, and bolsters, to encourage complete relaxation. The sequence is slow-paced, emphasizing breath awareness and mindful movement to release tension, reduce stress, and promote a sense of calm. This class is ideal for beginners or anyone seeking relief from physical or mental fatigue, offering a soothing practice that nurtures the nervous system and fosters overall well-being. Dress comfy in stretchy clothes. Bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow for this session.
