Led by a qualified holistic therapist with a BSc in Health Science & Nutrition, ITEC massage therapist certification & yoga teacher, each session is tailored to your individual needs—blending evidence-based practice with a whole-body perspective to restore, realign, and renew both body and mind.

By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions: **Sober Event** This is a sober event. No alcohol or drugs are permitted. We aim to create a clear, safe, and conscious environment for all attendees. **Assumption of Risk** This event includes activities such as sauna use, yoga, cold water therapy, and outdoor movement, which may carry inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your own health, safety, and wellbeing. All activities are undertaken entirely at your own risk. The organizers, facilitators, and venue accept no liability for any injury, loss, damage, or adverse outcome that may occur before, during, or after the event. **Health & Personal Responsibility** You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically and medically fit to participate in all activities. If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns, or are pregnant, it is your responsibility to seek professional medical advice prior to attending. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. **Media & Recording Consent** Photography and video recording will take place during the event for promotional and marketing purposes. By attending, you grant permission for your image, likeness, and voice to be captured and used across digital and promotional platforms without compensation. **Cancellations & Refunds** Full refunds are available up to 72 hours before the event. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after this time. **General Conduct** We aim to provide a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for all attendees. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive, without refund.
